Useful Information

Typical dowelled hardwood doors are made from timber that is kiln dried. They are then married together with fluted dowells and powerful bonding agents.

Mortice & Tenon doors are made from timber that is kiln dried and constructed using typical Mortice & Tenon joints and powerful bonding agents. This is to ensure the doors are made to the highest standard possible.

All of our doors are engineered constructed (strips of laminated timbers glued together to make a solid piece of timber. Most panels are engineered timber and/or MDF). Manufactured this way prevents any warping and/or twisting to the door (provided the door is decorated correctly).
