Typical dowelled hardwood doors are made Engineered Laminated timber, MDF or Particleboard. These are then married together with fluted dowells and powerful bonding agents.

Mortice & Tenon doors are made from Engineered Laminated timber, MDF or Particleboard, and constructed using typical Mortice & Tenon joints and powerful bonding agents. This is to ensure the doors are made to the highest standard possible.

All of our doors are engineered constructed (strips of laminated timbers, MDF and or Particleboard glued together to make a solid piece of material. Most panels are engineered timber/MDF and or Particleboard). Manufactured this way prevents any warping and/or twisting to the door (provided the door is decorated correctly).
